California Coast

So many dream of the ocean salt water and warm sand between their toes. They crave a climate that's mild and sunny year-round. But where on God's green earth can you find such an ideal location? Uhh, duh! Haven't you ever heard of the California coast? Thousands of tourists and vacationers flock to this state every year. And tons more move there permanently. Well, that is until they're tired of forking out five grand a month for a house payment. Ah, I'm just joking with you. Well, maybe not so much. To be completely frank, California is no cheap place to live. If you're currently residing in Iowa and searching for a place to improve your quality of living income-wise, you'd better steer clear of California.

Why does everyone crave the California scene in particular? There is also Florida, if one is searching for sunny beaches and beautiful tans. I know personally that there are more beautiful women in Miami than practically anywhere. Therefore it can't be a beauty thing. Maybe it's Tinsel Town. Yeah, that's it! Folks are looking to be close to the stars of Hollywood. That's why they flee to the California coast and L.A, area. In my lifetime I have known two individuals, both guys, who've headed to Cali. One was pursuing an acting career in Hollywood and the other preferred the moderate climate over everywhere else. I guess some people can't deal with the Florida humidity. It's really potent; especially if you've never been there. Now, what about that gargantuan and ever-growing population? This is an issue you will encounter if you're scoping out a spot on the California coast. It's not just about all the surfer bums. Get ready for plenty of rich folks and celebrities.

As for me, I will only visit the California coast. Sure, like many others, I do want to see the beautiful Pacific coastline, but I simply can't fathom decreasing my quality of living for a particular climate. Especially since fall is my favorite season and I love to get snow in the winter. Just a few things to consider if you're dreaming of the California coast and all its palm trees. Don't expect to see the four seasons.
