So there I was, standing out in the rain looking for last minute theatre tickets to see a Broadway show. This wasn't how I had pictured spending my vacation. That Napa Valley bed and breakfast wasn't the first B&B that we stayed at, but it was certainly the most comprehensive. The property included its own private vineyard and small winery, which allowed us to indulge in a bit of the wine-tasting that we were looking forward to. In addition, our Napa Valley bed and breakfast also had a full-service spa on the premises and was adjacent to a beautiful golf course. 
One of the reasons for the popularity of cabins in Lake Tahoe is the unparalleled beauty of the area. There really is no where that is more scenic than Lake Tahoe, with its waters and mountains, and yet the scenery isn't the only draw. I have run in Alaska fishing lodge for several years, and in all of that time, no two days, and no two clients for that matter, are like. Everyone comes up here with a different idea of what they want out of their Alaska fishing adventure. Honestly, I prefer the ones who are a little bit bratty over the would be great white hunters. The Finger Lakes are a series of lakes that do indeed look somewhat like fingers if you look at them on a map. They are long and narrow, but wide enough to be a spectacular site. If you visit the Finger Lakes in the fall, you will see a breathtaking view of the changing leaves reflected in the water of these lakes. It is quite a peaceful site to behold.
